What factors would you consider about a company before making investment in it...like 5 factors that will?

History - How long have they been around? Contact - How easy it is to contact someone at the company if you have a question or concern. Product value - what do they do, and is it beneficial right now? Will it be beneficial in the future? What does the public think of the business?
Are you looking for a company to invest in? Or start a small business?

1st thing look at the DEBT no debt is the best choice
2nd look at the assets of the company deducting land, machinery and inventory to get a true pciture of the company
3rd look at the shares outstanding year over year is it issuing more or buying back share 4th economic cycle 5th sector cycle Report It

1) Good management
2) Recognizable brand name
3) Low or tolerable competition
4) Resilient in a down market/economy
5) Makes lots of $ =)

you have to see the balance sheet how many fixed things and cash they have what are their liabilities if they have many loans or if they own to many creditors, also you have to see how much money you will take if you invest at that company your profit there is a formula on that but i don't remember it now,

If its a Fixed Deposit, the Crisil rating "AAA" is the consideration taken into account before investing in such company's.

If its in Shares, then check the Funadamentals of the company, the P/E ratio, Debt ratio, Reserves, Sales, PAT, the product.

Unfortunately at the moment they are screaming sell, sell, sell.
