How do u start and open a realestate investment LLC COMPANY? First you'll need a real estate license. Then you can go to legalzoom .com or hire an attorney to form your L.L.C. You will also have to keep books separate from your personal. Plus a second bank account. DO NOT take money from your L.L.C. account until you set yourself up with a salary (the company has to pay you a salary) because if you start mingling your personal money with the companies money that is embezzlement. So you are better off hiring an attorney to form the L.L.C. and explain the rules to you so you don't do anything illegal. This way you will also be sure to get all of the information you need to help you understand the laws and how they can benefit you. |
