Does anyone know about an investment company in Luxembourg called Empire Investments?

Believed to have taken over investments from Templeton Consultants in Luxembourg

Unfortunately we do. Via the telephone they seek to get individuals in the UK to invest in shares in US companies. They are not, as far as we can see, authorised by the FSA. In fact an alert was issued by the FSA in relation to Templeton Consultants in November 2005 (a copy of which can be found on www.fsa.gov.co.uk (enter the name Templeton in the search box on the site)). We have tried to contact the individuals concerned but without success to date.
