India Investments?

Im a college student who knows little about investing. But since i noticed americas exporting so many jobs to India I thought maybe if I can figure out places were maybe IBM or something will be opening a new manufacuting/ R$D firm in some random city, and before that by a bunch of cheap land and let it sit and allow the standard of living to rise, and then sell for big bucks. I know India has a stable goverment very simmliar to englands.

But I was wondering?

Are there rules and regulations for buying land in India?
Would i get taxed more then a citizen of India?
How can i figure out technology firms outsourcing agenda?

Anyone who knows forgein realstate investment help me plz I can't miss out on these opertunities! + do you know any other countrys that are growing and low risk of drastically switching goverments?

I ment buy not by sorry i rarely spell check

First of all land which is marked as agricultural cannot be bought by non farmers and also forest land cannot be sold. Secondly the land rules are formed by state govts. and not central govt. so laws are different for each state. I don't think direct foregein investments in real estate are allowed.

india got good ,imrpoving ways on all economical fronts,,laws are there but could be takcled if u go thru proper legal consultants,,,
