Should i sefl study or take classes?

is it good enough just to read the materials from what the cfa send u when u register for the exam or it will be better to take classes from one of these institute?

how much would i benefit taking classes from above compare just to self study? my background is in IT. and i work in an investment firm doing IT work. thx in advance.

If you have the time, I would take the classes. You might be more motivated to do better, you can ask questions and so forth. It's hard to do some things on your own and you might benefit from going to class. All the best!
