Contacting securities and exchange?

Contacting securities and exchange?
I had a crock for a broker and he works for a large investment firm. I had a hard time getting a lawyer that was not on retainer with this firm. I found a lawyer in my State he told me he was in over his head he explained he was not a specialist in securities and exchange he recommended another lawyer. I saw him told him my story and he seemed very interested and told me I have a very good case if he can prove it.

He also to told me that the securities and exchange would have to do an investigation first before we did anything else. Five months ago he told me he was having my paperwork analyzed and I have heard nothing else from him. And no I do not have him on retainer and he is not returning any of my phone calls.

I am thinking I will call the Securities and Exchange myself and turn them in and let them see if they were fraudulent as I suspect. Any ideas on this anyone?

If you have a problem with a security firm you can ask to take it to arbitration. That is your best bet. The SEC is in my opinion is a sham. But here is a link on how to file a complaint. Good luck.

The SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) does not need to review a case before you can file. In fact, it does nothing but needlessly delay the proceedings.

There is a bar organization that can refer you to a securities attorney.

You can find one at www.piaba.org
