I would like to start my own Recruitment consultancy firm. Please suggest on how to start it? Investment etc?

Investments required? Which is more profitable- IT or NON IT? If it could be started alone and kind of contacts required etc

Well you have invest a lot 1st an office ,better you start it from your home then have two lines phones make a contacts to all big and small companies then make advertisement in news papers and leaflets at bachelors hostels and commercial areas and everywhere were we can find people movement then always try to be touch then check the response after this you will get an idea for this kind of work after all this then you can decide for the office and other things

IT AND NON IT BOTH make survey what special facilities you can give them or better than other office than only you can click in the market .
