Can a REIT be managed by a Registered Investment Advisor firm? |
Should I be charged a quarterly fee by an investment advisor if a REIT is a non-manageable item? The REIT will be part of my overall advisory account with the RIA. Are you sure the REIT itself is being managed by this investment advisor? Or is the REIT part of, or the entire investment of, your investment portfolio which is what is being managed? Call or email the Investment Advisor I use and ask him, he's found at www.fourthfinancialonline.com, he's been able to answer every question I've thrown at him so far...and I've thrown him some doozies. |
