Is investing in real estate properties and firms a very productive investment?

Is investing in real estate properties and firms a very productive investment?

Yes , very. I will give you myself as an example:
In january 2006, i left my country to settle in the UK. In Scotland. I had very little money, my wife and 2 kids ( one of them 6 months old). No job, no friends. I rented a flat, in a very bad area in Glasgow ( all i could afford). I started working in a call centre and i came up with an idea. Seeing so many ppl getting bankrupt - repossesed, i was thinking how could i buy their flats/ houses without the 15% downpayment? And i put an add in newspaper, that i am buying flats about to be repossesed within 7 days, so they save their credit rating and so. Please note: i had no money for cigarettes and petrol, what to buy a house.
However, after 1 day, someone called, i went to see the house and i offered him 19% less then the surveyed market value. So, the person agreed, i payed a surveyor and offered the person less then the market value, this way avoiding paying the downpayment. I even payed his solicitor:) Now, after 1 year and 6 months I am very happy and stable financially, have my own house and .. even a new car. Business is great, i have tennant now living in the flat.

Yes.

The example above is only an example of the many success stories of real estate. Its a commonly known fact that real estate is the industry that creates the most millionaires. So you have something in mind? I would love to speak to you.
