Why do top producers at investment firms receive huge Christmas bonuses? |
Do you feel they deserve it, given that many investment firms haven't been as profitable this past year, their stocks fell, and they may have lost money for clients. I guess this question is contradictory. Why? To get them to work harder in the coming year. (That's why they get bonuses even in down years.) U are asking contradictory questions. |
