What the process to start an investment group?

i am trying to start an investment group and need to know what step i need to take and what rules i need to follow. i also need to know what legal steps i need such as documents.

This sort of thing has acquired a bad reputation over time because of the many scams floating about. There are genuine projects out there but they are far between and unfortunately I can not lead you to one. However, you want to start a group and your integrity will separate you from the rest as these sort of career relies heavily on reputation. Research the pyramid schemes (merry go round) and how they operate. What can you do differently to encourage trust? I would suggest looking into companies that use agents to sell/market their products or those offering home work where you stuff envelops or send emails for an agreed amount per envelop/ email sent. What do they have in common and what sets them apart? There may seem to be no connection between the above at first glance but once you delve deeper you will find similarities. It is all relative. Consult your local trading standards office for the legal requirements or a pointer in the right direction. Best of luck.
