To all the Gaddel Investors. What to do now?

We have made investments in good faith. We have a reciept that has a 100% refundable up untill attorney review written on it. I have not heard anything from the president (Liz, Alby, Bill, etc...) and the office is closed for more than a week now. I am thinking the investors need to band together and start a civil class law suit against Gaddel. I would like to sue the sales reps as well (they lived off of the $1000 deposits we made as well).
Contact the FBI office to be more informed, you could speak with your sales rep but I am not sure if information from a Gaddel Sales Rep is reliable or trustworthy.

Fren Ze here...If you want to get your money back鈥orget the class action stuff...sue your rep in small claims court...If you only put in one or two thousand鈥ou can file in small claims court鈥ou can get the paperwork online鈥nd the filing fee is minimal鈥ou can even include the filing fee in the total amount of damages you鈥檙e seeking鈥?Get a judgment against him鈥he rep that brought you in had an obligation to perform adequate due diligence before soliciting or accepting your money鈥ou may not get paid immediately鈥ut if you at least get the judgment鈥ou stand a chance of getting your money back鈥aybe even with some reasonable interest... At some point your rep will have another job鈥e getting a pay check鈥?and can afford to start paying people back鈥ust bring your receipt to court as evidence鈥n light of everything that鈥檚 happened in the last month鈥o you really think your rep will say under oath that Gaddel is legit?????? Maybe one might鈥ut if you ask him to explain to the judge how the investment works鈥 can鈥檛 imagine a scenario where a judge won鈥檛 go all Judge Judy on his butt... Heck鈥ue Liz, too.

I spoke with my sales rep and his advice was to send a certified letter to the office requesting a refund, however he doubts I will get it. He says his last paycheck bounced. I am out a lot of money because of this scam and would really like to know what we can do???

I agree we need to do something - this has caused so much stress for me and my husband and we have gotten people involved that are now on our backs asking when they will get their money back!

You need to leave your name, phone number, address, how much you invested, money received, and who you were dealing with.

I just called earlier today. They said they will be sending updates on the situation to all callers who are involved.

It's nice to see something may be done to get our money back!!

Bill S here. Seems you're looking hard to locate me. My postings are here AND as is my email address. Fact is, there are STILL A FEW in Mgmt and Sales still lying, STILL GIVING LIP SERVICE saying the Co will "start refunding" and "start funding:". Albie is the # 1 Puppet and Spokesman for Liz today who, it seems, must be in hiding AND without a PC as no one hears from her. All propoganda comes from Albie that things will be ok. Well. In additon I would point out that your receipt, as "I instituted" was written to be "refundable at any time" vs what you qoute. No doubt, it was not edited to reflect my comment. If you even KNOW your sales rep, you'd know every one of them are on the up and up, and have been dooped(again, if it turns out everything IS bogus) just like us little investors. I knew my rep way before this Gaddel company had been formed.

Someone suggested the above idea to me. Sure, you can make the poor guy/gal pay out his ear to get your $$ back, but you'd be screwing him/her more than the company is screwing everybody else already!!

You're also an idiot if you went into this investment not prepared to bite the bullet at the chance it wouldn't pan out.

If you're going to press charges, go for the VP's and the owner.
