How to buy a parking lot? |
As gas prices rise more and more people move back into the city in condo's to be closer to their jobs which is generating more bars, restaurants and clubs to cater to the increasing demand. I think an investment move to purchase parking lots in the mid and downtown areas of major cities would be a great moeny maker. My only issue is that I have no idea what the process is for buying a parking lot. I've heard it is similar to buying a house but where are the websites to view parking lots for sale. Does anyone have any information on what the process is to buy a parking lot? Is this a good investment? Any information is appreciated. They would be in the MLS as commercial property. You want a buyer鈥檚 agent who specializes in commercial property. Find a commercial real estate broker. |
