Does anyone know how a website that tells you deposits for investment property?

ie. im from the UK and buying a property in USA requires a 25-30% deposit, what about the caribbean, Bulgaria etc do you know of a website with this information or know what the deposit percentages are? thanks

there are no strict percentages. it depends on the seller. 25-30% is probably high for the US if what you are referring to is an Earnest Money deposit.

I believe that it is very important on Yahoo Answers to be precise in the questions we ask and the answers we offer.
