Getting incorrect information changed on investments?

I have been trying for months to get incorrect information changed on some of my investments. I have faxed the forms with the correct information twice and called 8 times, each time being told that the information will be changed in a few days. I have talked to supervisors 4 out if the 8 times, still no change. Any ideas who I can turn to next or a Federal agency I can contact to resolve this problem?

if they can't even tackle a simple admin procedure like a change of info i would be extremely worried about the company that you have your investments with

do an official complaint to the company, they will have to take notice of it and respond within a set timescale, it will go straight to the compliance dept and they will make sure the admin team do the necessary as they won't want the complaint turnng into something more serious
