Property Manager - Their Role? Body Corporate Fee? |
I had just bought a Townhouse as my investment property, while I'm paying the Body Corporate Fee, the property manager in there still charge me extra fees for mowing the lawn, or hourly rate for fixing stuff in my investment unit. I should also mention, I'm paying the property manager 5% commission plus another 2.5% management fee. I would thought this fee covers the lawn mowing as well? Property management fees vary. You are the new owner and you can set the salary of the property manager. Seems to me the percentage you are paying should be sufficient without extra fees. |
