If you had to choose btwn a $150k condo and a $300k townhouse, which is better? |
I work for a builder and have the opportunity to buy a beautiful new condo (not yet built) or a new townhome. The condo is in an ok area and its a condo, but I can easily afford it. The townhome, on the other hand, is out of my price range...but is a much better investment and in a great area. What would you do? i'd copp the townhouse.. you might struggle a little more.. but it's the better investment in the long run The Townhome is much nicer due to the fact you have your own small yard. This is a nice place for plants and barb-b-quing. Definetly go with the town house.Sure,it does cost alot, but it would be worth it. You have answered your own question. Is the condo in a up and comming area? If so might be a better return than a townhome in an already good area. |
