How do I advertise my home or find investment partner?

My home is right on the lake.Dead end road,out in country but close to town.It is a 4Br.but one of the Br.has a loft.Roof over patio.Has woodstove & new furnace,never used.Big garage w/office area & work area & a wood shed.Great for the hunter plenty of deer,ducks,squirls & fishing or just anyone who loves to enjoy nature.I have deer come right in driveway & walk around.Good investment also.is a fixer upper many option one can do. Will except best offer.Having to move because of income.
(investment opportunity)-For years the people around the lake have been wanting to buy ground .When I bought this house I was going to use it for investment.FINALLY the city is going to sell the ground only to the homeowners below appraisal prise.once that is done then any other ground they will sell for higher prise.Being it is on dead end road I can get as much ground as I want going around the lake & sell later.alots one can do,sell lots,subdivition,boat docks but don't have the money need partner

post a for sale sign, advertise in local newspaper, and find a real estate agent sells it for you.
