I want to know the term in stock's market --- CFD'sI?

what's CFD's ? how to buy ? how to sell ? What about the rule of this kind of investment ? Is this a kind of options ? How about the risk of this investment and it's return? Is this for long time invesment or middle or short time ?

its alot like an option. But with an option you can convert to common, write calls or puts, etc. You could also hedge with cfd's assuming they're available. I don't how they compare with options on range of choices.

My gut tells me its just another scheme developed by the brokers to con the trading public and steal their money more effectively.
