Who provides an HSA with HIGH interest rates and NO fees!!!?

At least 4%+, the entire time, no intro/promo rates. Also i need someone who overs investment options. NO setup and NO monthly maintenance.

The insurance companies offer a variety of plans and any bank has the ability to offer them as well. Most I have seen that allow investment into equity markets requore a 2k+ balance in the HSA side account.

Well, you're asking for an awful lot. Would you like a free toaster with that?

Most banking institutions will offer money-market rates, that increase with the amount deposited. Most also charge some type of fee.

Check out this website and they can help you compare available banks.
