Is Spain still a good option for property investment? |
Is Spain still a good option for property investment? If you are planning on not selling it until its at least doubled its value then probably. The thing that I find disconcerting is that Spain like you to put money in, but if you try and sell up and bring your cash 'home' their tax rate is a very high percentage. Something to keep in mind and maybe check the details of. Nowhere near as good as it was, especially in the more popular areas. No. Prices in Europe have run away about as much as they did in the U.S., sometimes even more. About the only exception is Germany. |
