Which is the best real estate investment option in Delhi NCR?

Property prices in Delhi proper are going through the roof. In most cases the city is untouchable. But one good area to go to would be Dwaraka. This is the last piece of land in New Delhi to be developed to a housing colony. The Metro has linked it up pretty well with the rest of the city. Prices are going up here as well, but they are still reasonable.

Another good area to go to now, which should see good appreciation over the next few years is Noida/Greater Noia. The metro system will get here by around 2010, so buy now and watch the property price escalate. This is also more "residence" friendly that Gurgoan. And thanks to the DND highway has better and faster connectivity to New Delhi.

Gurgoan on the other hand is a over-hyped disaster. Prices are high. It is not convinient to commute to New Delhi from here and the planning is haphazard.

Very true whatever is mentioned about the connectivity to gurgaon..... i would suggest one would rather invest in greater noida as the place is much more planned and the commuting is easy... n is faitly priced as well... Report It
