I think im going to buy a property in a few years (im 18)?

by the time i graduate university, hopefully I'll still have my coop placement, and be earning. i dont plan to move out until im mid 20s or married whichever comes first. the program im in gives me a good stable income when i enter the workplace.

if everything goes smoothly, i think im going to buy a small property and have a house built there and have tenants pay me rent. eventually the mortage will be paid off by them and i'll make profits and maybe invest in another property and go on from there.

i think this will be a good start to life, do you think this will be a good investment, or am I being naive?

ok...im glad for you...

I think its great that you want to invest in property. I am 18 years old right now and I am investing with the help of my parents. Starting young is good because by the time im
28-30 years old I will be earning over $180,000+ because of the rate I buy property. I also use my work income to help me get more loans and buy even more investment properties.

great idea, start your planning on your future plans now.
