Please tell me which systematic investment plan is good?

Dollar Cost Average into the market. Invest the same dollar amount on a regular schedule. e.g. the 4th of every month.

In periods where the fund is down, you will be buying more shares. In up periods, you buy fewer shares but all of the shares you already own are higher.

Set up an automatic draw from a bank account and don't stress over monthly statements. Look at the fund at most twice per year.

The Edward Jones people recommend the method called "Dollar Cost Averaging". It's really no more complicated than commiting to invest a fixed amount every month at the same time, regardless of what the market is doing. It has been shown that DCA, done consistently across time, yields MUCH better results than trying to 'play the market'.
