Can suing people be a good investment strategy?

I was curious if i can make living from suing people

for example:

Suing Forever 21 for turning 22 while I was shopping at their store.

Suing McDonalds for not providing forks for their fries and I ended up biting my finger

Judge:
"you'd have a better chance of winning the lottery than win both of these cases."

"case dismissed! take this retard out of my court room!"

Suing you for wasting my time?

1. How is suing an investment strategy at all?

I suppose you could make money suing people, but what you do afterward to increase the money would be the investment strategy.

2. Deliberately suing on false grounds constitutes fraud, which is illegal.

3. Most judges will throw obvious nuisance suits out of court.

4. Suing people without cause is a pretty sleazy concept. Why don't you just con little old ladies out of their Social Security checks: no lawyers to share the proceeds with? Oops! I probably shouldn't give you ideas.
