Searching for Real Estate Investors in Raleigh, NC?

Searching for Real Estate investors that would be willing to recieve double (2X) what their mentoring packages are worth to assist a novice investor in purchasing his first few deals just to break ground in this industry. I am a novice investor who lives, eats, breathes and sleeps Real Estate Investing. This is where my life is headed. I just need to jumpstart my career. Are there any reliable trustworthy investors that would be willing to take the challenge?

I'm not from your area, but you should be able to find someone to mentor you from your local REIA (Real Estate Investment Association) club. Do a search on the internet and put your city and/or state in to narrow it down, and then join and go to the meetings.
