How do I find investors in my home state of SC?

I am an aspiring investor but I don't have the credit or the money right now-so , I was looking to find houses for investors-the investors can pay me for finding the house. How can I find investors or companies that would pay me a percentage for my leads-I would like keep the money to help me become an investor.

Where in SC are you located? I have 2 properties that I am looking to move on a rent-to-own basis. One is a SFR in Gaffney, the other is a 4-plex in Spartanburg. Email me or call me at 616-821-5917 for more details.
