I have a plan on intrnet(web site), I need a capital to do it , How can I find a best investor?

If you have plans to sell something your prospects for getting attention on the internet is slim.

I would advise you to just start small and get a website out there... you can do it for 50 dollars or so for a web host and a domain name... if you put the website together yourself you don't need investors. It's your idea... if it is a good one ;you can make it work.
