How do I know who bought shares in a particular company? i.e. the name of the investor? You dont. Unless they're an officer or director of the company, Then they have to file a form 4 with the SEC. Or own more than five percent of the company. In that case they have to file a 13D with the SEC. You can find those here if the chares are large, to my knowledge, they get anounced in the newspaper. i would suggest you do a search on google, googlenews, or the local newspaper. How much are you willing to invest. 250,000 Unless the buy is so large as to make the buyer an insider then it's none of your damn business. |
