I've already called MGM Grand about Body by Vegas. Do you think if there was an investor, they would go for it

If you have no idea what i'm talking about, see my question about the business concept under my questions. Anyway, I called MGM Grand's management staff already to ask. They said their skin products are manufactured exclusively for MGM Grand or the Grand Spa. BUt I want to sell al lthe goodies under one roof with cool original trademark logos, all with their original shampoo names kept; like mandarin orange-ginger, etc!

You have to ask yourself, "what's in it for MGM Grand?" The manufacturer is not going to sell you branded products without MGM Grand signing off so the resort/hotels have veto power over you getting the products to begin with as well as using the resort/hotel logo.

The hotel/resort don't care if you have an investor. They want a sophisticated business that's going to support their branding efforts. They may not want to be sold under one roof with products from "lesser" resort/hotels.
