Is Shree Cements Ltd.. company issued Right issues or preferencial offer Shares to the existing investor?

I am holding some shares of this company since 8-10 years
but so far I haven"t received any offer yet. Exept Divideneds.

as far as i know shree cements have not given any bonus or rights
