I depends on which state you are in. There are very strict rules on this in California. Go to your states Department of Real Estate website and bone up on the laws. Also, are you licensed? Do your homework or you could end up in big trouble.

The vacation rental web sites offer people a place to shop for this kind of property, too. Otherwise, after checking on state law, build a web site about the property and make sure a pro puts in the types of meta tags that will attract prospective buyers to the site. There should be a way for these buyers to add themselves to a list and give you their contact information.
