Where do I go to get a home loan as a realestate investor? |
Where do I go to get a home loan as a realestate investor? I would suggest a good mortgage Broker. Go to YOUR bank or credit union. Thats probably the best place to start. If you're asking, I'm guessing you're new to real estate investing. Do you have money to put down? The market for 100% investor financing is disappearing very, very quickly. But if you have at least 20% to put down and your credit is good, you should shop for an investor mortgage just like you would for any other mortgage. If you don't have the down payment money, now might not be the right time for you to invest. I would suggest going to a mortgage broker. They don't work with any specific lending institution and will do their best to get you the best rate and best terms from whoever is willing to give them. |
