Can anybody recommend inexpensive software package for the beginner Real Estate Investor? |
I am looking for something that can help with many aspects of REI - wholesaling, rehabing, flipping, comersial property, etc. Comp. market analysis, worksheets (esp, if I can adjust them to my area and my needs), presentation package are a big plus. Also, if a package is web-based, please let me know. I think there is no softwre only mind is required Yes there is, they are different websites that are out there. 1. there is Robert G. Allan, Jim Ross, J. G. Banks. They deal with all aspects of real estate. I justed to get into real estate investments it is not easy but once I get started it will be nice. But all these things that you will read you need to find people that are into real estate. Right now I' am associated with a Realtor and a lender that will help me with on doing investment. You can look for a Realtor in your area to help you for homes that's fixer upper or commerical or any other type of property's. good luck. |
