What banks ar great to work with as a real estate investor??

What banks ar great to work with as a real estate investor??

would you please give the detailed inf. Which country's bank you would want to know on earth? In addition, millionairematch are many real estate investors and you can directly contact with them for questions.

I'd say either WaMu or Bank of America. GMAC's ditech can be good too.

The best banks I work with are small local banks where I know the bankers. The large national guys work by the numbers only.

It depends on the market and what you are looking to invest in. If you are looking at residential properties that are smaller than 4 units, your best bet is most likely going to be a mortgage broker that has been doing the job for more than 10 years if you can find one in your market.
If you are looking at commercial property, that is a whole different ball game. Need more information about what you are looking for to get you a better answer.

maybe you should be looking more towards a mortgage company rather then bank, they usually can offer a better selection of options and rates and are usually more open to lending to investors. I have had alot of luck with countrywide mortgage - they service most areas and they can give you a good idea of your options. you can always look for private mortgage companies in your local newspaper and home advertisements such as those home magazines (free) that are usually availble at stores, if you have a have a rough lending situation such as fair credit or borrowing alot of money you might try a hard money lender- you can google search one for your area.

I would say none. Lending is at a stand still. It is an over blown market. If the past has anything to do with the future a recession is near.

Do not use mortgage companies - their fees are very high. Small local banks are the best, they have the lowest rates and the best service.

Me! I'm a mortgage broker specializing in Hard Money. All the banks are going to make you bring big wads of cash to closing. I can help you with that.

You can borrow 100% of the Purchase Price, 100% of the rehab expenses, and the closing costs. You'll just need a couple hundred dollars for inspections and appraisal.
