What is the best way for me to find an investor/partner to develop my propoerty on Taveuni Island/Fiji?

You've got to be kidding, right??? If the investors keep track of the U.S.G.S. reports, they'll know that anywhere around the Fiji Islands is an eternal HOT SPOT for earthquakes. Many of them more than 6.2. I would NEVER own property there for anything. I'm not that dumb.
