I am a loan officer in ohio and have an investor that has 61 mortgages reporting on his credit?

I need to find a lender that will take his deal with a no income no asset program or niva or bank statements. The borrower is a 733 credit score All in all i just need a lender that will not care about the 61 mortgages on his credit report. Most wont touch the deal if they have over ten.

I got one done through Countrywide with 45... I don't know about the 61, but it is worth a shot. I needed an exception, but none of the mortgages had a single late on them.

I would try Delta Financial. I like them they will do amost anything that makes sense. Otherwise you might need to go to private banking. They have their own money at banks and sometimes they will do a loan just in hopes to get their business. Most banks have a private banking section... They are not loan officers but they can do the loan if they want too.
