Why is Manny Fernandez an Oak Park real estate investor always talked about in the news and by people?

Maybe because he is doing what most people won't do which is take a risk and making Oak Park into a liveable area so it is no longer known as the ghetto.

People say that his team controls that area homes. I think he does well because he was from the ghetto.
