I have a home with lots of equity $60-80k where can I find a buyer/investor, I need to sell now. wanna buy it |
Our house is one year old appraised for 340,000.00 I need to sell it now, my husband is joining the military soon, and we will be moving. plus we just cant afford it anymore. we are only asking around 270,000.00 because we just cannnot sit on it anymore, it is in southern utah outside of st george. A wonderful little town that is growing quickly. I'm stressing because we need to sell now, does anyone know somewhere I can post this for investors or buyers, besides the MLS. Thank you for any advice. We had a realtor for 8 months, but not a lot of activity, so we went for sale by owner. the market is slower here and there are about 8 other houses for sale on our street alone, its a newer neighborhood, but they are all asking appraisal value, ours is the best value on the street and still no buyers. Should we try a different realtor? Try flyers and have them distributed in subway stations, bus stops and your neighbourhood. Engage a Realtor would be another solution. 15% of FSBO's sell. Now a days you can find someone that will list it on MLS for a couple grand. If it really is worth 340k, why not list it for 280000 to cover your Realtor fees? yeah right ebay maybe this will help a little... http://www.linkbrander.com/go/48006 Please email me some pictures and more information. |
