Ok soo my Boyfriend, is a beginning real-estate investor, he's just studying all these courses right now,... |
and i want to buy him all the supplies he is going to need to get started, hoping it will modivate him, but i dont know wat he will need aside from pens lol I believe you said Real Estate Investor, not Real Estate Agent right? If it's investor, then let him read on. Most fail at that by NOT understanding what they are doing. He will. I'm with the other guy, ASK HIM!!! Truly, what you could give him most is your time, interest, and support. ASK HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE'S THE ONLY ONE WHO KNOWS WHAT HE NEEDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahaha he has bad timing. RE market is flooded with agents and home prices are declining. Get him a "will sell houses for food" sign, and get yourself a new boyfriend. Thats good that he has a plan. Maybe you should help him think that out a little more. There are WAY too many real estate agenets, and the housing market is droping rapidly. He may end up paying for a license he'll never use. Now's not the time...Print off some articles about the declining market...Then get him a list of classes at the local community college...RE sucks right now. I wouldn't spend a fortune on supplies right now... see how it goes at first. There are big troubles in the market right now... Read this: What courses is he studying? Seriously, all you need is a pen and paper and lots of motivation. By the way, you can learn all this "investing" stuff for free by reading real estate investing books at your local bookstore and visiting websites like www.reiclub.com. |
