I'm interested in becoming an real estate investor. What are the fundamentals i should learn?

where the money is coming from!

I think that one of the first things you should learn is about real estate leverage when to buy and sell. What to buy and hold or what to buy and sell.

You should go to a book store and purchase a few books on real estate investing. How to buy distress and foreclosed property. Buying, rehabbing and flipping. Buying real estate for a profit. Then what ever else strike your fancy. You might find some in you local library.

Forming a professional team to assist you in your success.

Marketing yourself so you will have a steady stream of properties to purchase.

Making a plan to continue wealth building while maintaining a steady cash flow for re-investment and daily expenses.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.
