How can i become a small, free risk investor for commerical real estate- shopping malls and offices? |
it doesnt have to be risk free, it can be risky no such thing as a risk free investment when it comes to real estate. I suggest starting of in the residential market. Look for POS properties at reduced quick sale prices. Turn them into rentals or fix them up and flip them. Risk free investors don't make any money. Get a savings account at your bank and rake in the 1% savings rate witht eh federal insurance. That is risk free investing. |
