Advise on selling a home to an investor?

Advise on selling a home to an investor?

What do you need to know?

Are you going to search out an investor to buy it?

An investor by nature wants a good deal and you by nature want a good deal, so there will have to be some compromise here. A sweetener for the deal might do the trick. Take back a note for some of your equity? Maybe there is a renter in it already with a lease, they would like that? Maybe you can sell it with a lease option and have a cash flow coming in if they are an investor without much money?

Just some ideas.
