How can I make a good living by becoming a Real Estate Investor? Operate a Inn or hotel franchise, like a Days Inn, Best Western. You can start with a Inn and Incorporate, then offer stocks for capital to own a franchise. Or you could try flip in houses. There is Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) stock investment, but it doesn't pay a good living. That is my main cup of tea.
