How can I make a good living by becoming a Real Estate Investor?

Operate a Inn or hotel franchise, like a Days Inn, Best Western. You can start with a Inn and Incorporate, then offer stocks for capital to own a franchise. Or you could try flip in houses. There is Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) stock investment, but it doesn't pay a good living.

That is my main cup of tea. I would love to go into more depth of your thoughts an ideas you have of this successful perfection way of investing and gaining interest. First find the type of real estate you want to invest in. Then form a LLC based on the investing you plan to focus on. The rule of thumb in making a good living is " Buy low and Sell high" it is either you know that or you don't and most don't so they work jobs and wonder why they never get ahead.
