How can one register a Foreign Institutional Investor in India? |
What is the procedure and minimum requirement to register a FII in India? Which department looks after the registration and what are the rules and regulations to be followed after the registration of the FII? You have to approach RBI and SEBI. They should have made things simple by putting the required procedures and forms on internet but again these are govt. setup and you can expect them free from corruption. Take help of person like me at nominal charges and I will attend to your work if your a genuine FII. SEBI does it. ( Securities and Exchange Board of India), www.sebi.com |
