Best Type of Will for Real Estate Investor?

I have heard that there is a certain type of will that helps with inheritence taxes and that it is based on the $ amount of assetts. We live in Oregon and are trying to get things in order so the kids don't get screwed.

Your best bet is to find a tax attorney or an attorney that specializes in wills and inheritance taxes. Try looking in your local phone book for attorneys that specialize in will and estate planning or asking people that you know that have done this already.
