I buy property and rent it out.

I am doing very well.

I am presently not selling anything, only buying.

I usually have 1-2 in escrow on any given day, depending on their value. Sometimes I can only have one and can not buy again until I close.

Obviously I am very small time, but it works for me, I have time for other things.

What would u like to know specifically?

Lots of research and hard work. That's the success.
