How would I find a private investor that would help me buy a home?

I have income, just no down payment and a mediocre fico score. Please don't answer if you don't have a real answer for me. Thanks.

Your best bet is to advertise, but to be VERY careful with the responses you get and to check the "lenders" out VERY carefully.

If they have enough money to lend you for a house, they are taking a big risk lending to someone with a mediocre FICO.
