Double Wide 190 Nobility M.H. west of Boca in Palm Beach County. 1200 sf, 2/2. kit/ba's. remodeled. Just needs carpet and patio roof repair. Large fenced yard. Good Deal if I can find someone to buy. I KNOW mobile homes depreciate in value!! The asking price w/ a realtor right now would be 120,000. A single wide w/ a small lot in this terrible market just went for 89,000 in my neighborhod. sounded good until you said Mobile home.. most people avoid them like the plague... go to a local real estate investors club meeting.. ask around, and then check reference.. people they have done deals for, and not screwed. LOL, no one invests in mobile homes. They decrease in value, it is like flushing good money down the toilet. Mobile homes are the only home guaranteed to depreciate in value. They are like a car. No investor with half a brain would buy it. You need to market more towards the person who needs it. Mobile homes serve a purpose for those who need them, and that's not the investor. If this is where your looking to find a buyer this is the wrong place, you need to target low income, or first time home buyers. |
