What is best way to find investor for my new website business that offers something unique for recruiters?

I have started a website www.realexams.com, that is different than any others (I think) out there. It offers a minimum of 250 questions per computer (starting out) subject area. The questions are multiple answer multiple choice (always more than 1 correct answer per question) or fill in the blanks. Graded automatically by computer to help recruiters know if programmer REALLY knows his stuff. I tried to do this site with my own money, but I ran out of money since getting a minimum of 250 QUALITY questions in EACH of the dozens of computer science areas is expensive. Any ideas? I am a computer programmer manager and a college professor so I put both of my experiences together to come up with this site. The site is MOSTLY finished except I need more money to pay programmers to put MORE questions in. I could share profits. I was told by recruiters this would be perfect if I could get it finished. Please any help would be greatly appreciated!

You may want to go and pitch your ideas where investors gather. Here are some places where angel investors come and those looking for funding can come and pitch their business plans. Be sure to have a strong business plan and describe what makes your business idea stand apart:

Angel Capital Association http://www.angelcapitalassociation.org
Angel's Forum http://www.angelsforum.com
Band of Angels http://www.bandangels.com
Common Angels http://www.commonangels.com
Keiretsu Forum http://www.k4forum.com
Launchpad Venture Group http://www.launchpadventuregroup.com
New World Angels http://www.newworldangels.com
New York Angels http://www.newyorkangels.com
Prairie Angels http://www.prairieangels.org (charges $125 to submit idea)
Robin Hood Ventures http://www.robinhoodventures.com (charges $250)

And don't reveal too much of your business idea to others. They may just run away with it :o)

its been a hard slog i know. but i think before you get an investor u need a partner who does not necessarily contribute money. someone who understands financial planning and marketing. its not about how perfect the product is, its about getting it out there on time in reliable quantities!
